Nice building, magnificent location just off lourdes on vacation, a quiet area and nearby shops and the Lourdes shrine. Beautifully maintained rooms for hotel guests.

We asked for queen room and it was a nice size and well-maintained with new wc. The setting was ideal, close to Notre-Dame de Lourdes, and the sanctuary & town.
Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was very poor.

It was conveniently situated near the sanctuary, with an elevator at the end of the road that lowered us to the main level of the town. The staff were great; they were always helpful and willing to assist. The service provided was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with very close proximity to the Grotto and Lourdes Sanctuary. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the hotel had an elevator at the end of the road that lowered us to the main level of the town, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.
The limited wifi connection in the restaurant, requiring us to go to the reception area to access it.
